There is immediate, safe, and free support when you’re experiencing mental health distress or crisis.

The Urgent Mental Health Care Centre (UMHCC) is open 24 hours a day every day of the year, with no referral needed.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be supported by an understanding, accepting team of lived experience workers, who will walk alongside you at your time of need.

You can walk in or call on 8448 9100 to let them know you are on your way.

In a mental health emergency, you can also call the Mental Health Triage Service on 13 14 65.
