Dear cherished clients,
It is with a heart full of gratitude and a touch of sadness that I share this news with you. After 17 wonderful years in the massage industry, I will be stepping away from massage therapy, as of October 1st, 2025.
This decision has come a little sooner than I had imagined. The truth is, the physical demands of massage have begun to take their toll on my own body, and life outside the clinic has become busier than ever. Both of my kids are heavily involved in competitive/elite sports, and these are their final precious teenage years I want to be fully present for; while also giving myself the time and care Iโve so often encouraged in others.
Over the years, you have trusted me not only with your tired and aching muscles, but also with your stories. Through our many conversations, I feel as though Iโve come to know your loved ones, whether two-legged or four, and Iโve been lucky enough to share in your joys and, at times, your sorrows, and youโve come to learn of mine. Iโve laughed with you, Iโve cried with you, and those moments of connection will stay with me forever.
Between now and October, I truly hope to see as many of you as possible for one last treatment, a chat, or simply a proper goodbye before I close this chapter.
As you know, Iโve recently begun a new admin role still within Sportsmed, and Iโm excited to see where this path will lead me. And who knows, if you continue to visit our wonderful practitioners here, you may find me at the reception desk, ready with a big smile and probably too many questions about how youโve been!
I will miss our chats, our laughter, and the bonds weโve built more than words can say. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for letting me be part of your lives. I wish you nothing but the best in health, happiness, and all the chapters yet to come.
