We are on the cusp of entering the new year, which of course is very exciting, but for many people it can also be a bit overwhelming!
How do you deal with overwhelm may depend on what stress management strategies and self-care tools you have in place.
Some things which may be supportive could include:
β¨ Setting aside time and space for mindfulness practice
β¨ Moving your body regularly to move stuck energy in the body
β¨ Taking plenty of rest breaks in between work tasks or other commitments
β¨ Getting your sleep quality on point...
There are so many things we can do to support ourselves, however if we want to address where that overwhelm actually stems from β the underlying origin of why we feel this emotion in our bodies in response to looking at what we have ahead of us this year... then a tool like ERT is essential to do this.
We can have all the self-care practices and wellness hacks in the world to get us through, but we have to address where that overwhelm comes from in the first place!
