An 8-Week Journey for Voice, Body & Nervous System

Grounded Voices is an intimate 8-week group experience designed to help you reconnect with your voice in a safe, supported and empowering way.

Blending vocal coaching, nervous system awareness, breath, expression and reflective practice, this course explores the connection between voice, body and identity — creating space for greater confidence, freedom and authentic communication.

This is not just about singing.
It’s about coming home to yourself.

Across 8 weeks, we will explore:
- Vocal confidence and expression
- Breath and body awareness
- Nervous system regulation and grounding
- Healthy vocal habits and sustainability
- Releasing tension and performance anxiety
- Voice as communication, creativity and connection
- Gentle practical exercises and guided reflection
- Building safety, presence and self-trust in your voice

This space is designed for:

* singers
* speakers
* creatives
* professional voice users
* anyone wanting to feel more connected, expressive and grounded in themselves

No perfection required.
No performance pressure.
Just a supportive space to grow.

Voice. Body. Nervous System.
Come home to you.

Sessions on Wednesday mornings at 10:30am.
Commencing July 22nd

Most people have never heard the word vocology - but it sits at the centre of everything I do at Vocolove.

Vocology is the science and practice of voice habilitation.

In simple terms, it’s the study of how voices work and how we can train, rehabilitate and support them in healthy, functional and expressive ways.

It brings together fields such as:

* voice science
* anatomy & physiology
* speech pathology
* singing voice training
* acoustics
* motor learning
* performance psychology
* vocal health

Yes, I care deeply about evidence-based practice, vocal function and sustainable voice use. But I also care about the human behind the voice.

Because voice work should be both:
🗣️grounded in science
♥️ and delivered with humanity

A healthy voice is important.

But a connected, expressive and authentic voice? That’s where the magic happens.

Happy Wednesday everyone x

Does your child keep losing their voice?

If your child is in choir, musical theatre, eisteddfods, singing lessons or school productions, ongoing hoarseness and vocal fatigue shouldn’t be dismissed as “just overuse.”

Some common signs I see in young performers:

• constantly sounding rough or breathy when speaking
• voice loss after rehearsals or performances
• vocal fatigue after singing
• throat tension or pushing for high notes
• needing to “force” the voice to be heard
• ongoing strain

Sometimes the answer is technique.
Sometimes it’s vocal health.
Sometimes it’s learning how to balance performance demands with recovery.

At Vocolove, I work with young singers and performers to support both vocal health and confidence so they can keep doing what they love, safely.

Because your child shouldn’t have to choose between performing and protecting their voice 🗣️♥️

Such a beautiful night catching up with the incredible ✨ It had been way too long, so of course we had plenty to talk about - thankfully in a calm, quiet spot where we didn’t have to strain our voices 🤣 Always nice being around someone who gets it. 😉🗣️♥️
