For me, this is what my Soma space is all about. Yes, it’s also about wrangling muscles, calming the nervous system and Ah Ha moments through chats, but at the core, it is about providing a space for people to let go and recharge so that they can then go out into the world and do what they are here for ✨ 💆🏻‍♀️ ❤️

A reminder to check that you have your January appointments booked! It is filling up quickly so jump online to secure your spots now ❤️💆🏻‍♀️ I highly recommend making a reoccurring bookings for the year ahead, they can be rescheduled or cancelled according to you schedule but much more easily if they are pre booked 🙏🏻 ~ Jo ✨

- ITS OK TO PROTECT YOUR ENERGY - It’s ok to unplug, it’s ok to say no, it’s ok not to be at everyone’s beck and call, it’s ok to keep your distance and recharge, it’s ok to switch off your phone, it’s ok to choose who you need in your life. You do SO much. This is you still caring, you still loving, you still giving. Other peoples ideals for you are not your responsibility. The way you show up is dependant on YOUR life, YOUR capacity, YOUR reality. Don’t let others make you feel less than, because they want you to show up in a way that you simply cannot ❤️

How do you fill your cup? For me it’s taking time in nature and today I spent a few hours wandering the Mt Lofty botanic gardens. I had forgot how beautiful that space is! If you haven’t been up there I highly recommend it

I hear you, with your surface 'it will be ok's' and 'I'm fines' delivered on wobbly smiles. I see you, with shallow breaths, rhythmic and methodic so as not to let the deep overwhelm you. I FEEL you, with your insides bound tight and your gut pushed, pulled, stretched to their limits. Using humour, a shrug, deflection as a shield. You're not alone. I get it. I feel it. I see you. You are 'coping' but at the very same time within you, gloriously and silently, you are also growing, strengthening and becoming. You are awesome and I thank you for trusting me ~ Jo ❤️
