I absolutely love that this type of engagement is part of this person's fun, drought and pleasure in life.

A relationship which , just from this glimpse, seems respectful. For me personally however, I've never found this fun or playful. My exoerience is that it is disrespectful, invasive and if soneone knows me, then it could even feel like betrayal or cruelty. My nervous system goes on alert and i then need to put effort into regulating to return into a calm state.

It highlights the ongoing reality that we can't look for formulas and generalised brushstrokes in order to deliver 'inclusion' 'psychological safety' or education. Policies and instructions can only go so far. It is still communication and relationship which will determine how successfully we can serve, respond or connect with others.
