About Us

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to assist a participant in Broadford, Victoria with household tasks. The role focuses on helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment while providing respectful support.

Key Responsibilities
• General household cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting)
• Laundry and changing bed linens
• Dishwashing and kitchen tidying
• Basic meal preparation (if required)
• Organizing household items
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic living environment

Requirements
• Experience in support work, aged care, disability support, or domestic assistance (preferred)
• Current Police Check
• Working With Children Check (if applicable)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home

Skills & Qualities
• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly and respectful attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail in cleaning and household tasks
