The Urgent Mental Health Care Centre (UMHCC) provides free, 24/7 support for people aged 16 and over – no appointment or referral required.

You can walk in or call 8448 9100 to let them know you’re on your way.

The following walk-in services are also available, and can be accessed for free, without an appointment or referral.

As part of our partnership with Australian Hotels Association - SA Branch, we have been working with the Oak and Iron Tavern on an exciting new first: a sensory safe menu.

The menu will be geared towards autistic people with sensory sensitivities around food. If this is you or your child, please complete this quick survey to inform us about your food preferences.
