🔥 Bro is locked in.

About 18 months ago, Greeny came to me weighing 120kg. After years of struggling with his weight and confidence, his main goal was simple: lose weight and feel better in his own skin.

As we started working together, I found out he also had a bigger dream — to run a marathon.

Fast forward to today: Greeny is 40kg down, fitter than ever, and not only did he run that marathon… he smashed it in under 4 hours — which is no easy feat.

Now, he’s setting his sights on a whole new challenge: Hyrox Melbourne, teaming up with my other mate and client, Jaxon. And if there’s one thing I know about Greeny, it’s that he’ll put in the work and then some to make it happen.

🔥 JAXON CLARE 8 Week Transformation

This guy is an absolute BEAST.

🏃 8 weeks ago we implemented a “HYBRID” style of training. This included running, weights and cross training.

💯 From then onwards Jaxon has been smashing the gym and been getting absolutely shredded. Nothing but hard work and dedication from the man.

💨 I’ve trained with him a couple times and this guy absolutely sends it

🍲 Nothing crazy with our food intake, just making sure we stuck to our calories and protein target and stayed aware of what was going into our body. (Goal was to not overthink it, just stay aware)

Can’t wait what 2025 has in store for him 🚀

🔥 Online Client Britney’s 8 Week Transformation

Britney reached out to me at the end of last year. Unfortunately she fell out of love with the gym and was stuck in a “Gym rut”. So we got on a call and had a good chat about her goals and what she wanted to achieve from our online training program.

We got the training on point, set macro targets and organised weekly/fortnightly calls to make sure we stayed on track!

💯 Brit has been an absolute pleasure to coach, no complaints from her at all, whatever workouts I set for her she always knuckles down and gets it done.

.creten_ 8 Week Transformation 🙏

At the start of the 8 weeks I got him to do a 5km TT (Time trial) and he couldn’t complete it, fast forward to 8 weeks later, he’s running 7-8km consistently on his long runs and 5km consistently on his easy runs.

A few challenges on the way! For example, 2 weeks of the program he had to work away and had minimal access to gym equipment, but that didn’t stop him.

Determination, discipline and hard work is what got him the results that you see.🫡

Proud of this guy, keen to see what 2025 brings for him 🚀

👑 The kings finished his strength and muscle growth phase.

Jaxon came to me with the goal of putting on some size and strength. Jaxon had a great physique as is!

All we had to do was tweak his form on squats, bench and deadlift to get the most strength and muscle gains.
By the end of the 8 weeks It’s Safe to say we definitely achieve our goal.

🏋️ Putting on 1.5kg (75kg-76.5kg), then increasing weight on all three compound lifts.

SQUAT: N/A - 90KG
BENCH PRESS 3RM: 70kg - 75kg
DEADLIFT 5RM: 80KG - 100kg

Keen for the next 8 weeks, time for that summer shred baby yewwwww. 🚀 ☀️

The effort and determination this bloke has put in is phenomenal.

18 weeks ago we had to have a hard conversation about what cooper wanted out of his fitness journey. Where he wanted to go with his fitness and if he actually wanted to put in for his goals. Safe to say, he made the right decision.

This last 18 weeks for greeny have shown that if you put yourself first and embrace the grind you can make anything happen.

From 102kg down to 82.8kg.
19.2kg down wow❗️

Now it’s time to put on some serious muscle and grind harder than ever 💪
