I wouldn’t try a detox.
I wouldn’t starve myself.
And I definitely wouldn’t buy some stupid fat burner.

I’d go straight back to the basics that actually work.

✔ Walk 10–15k steps a day
✔ Lift weights 3–4x per week
✔ Eat plenty of protein
✔ Small calorie deficit

That’s it.

Fat loss isn’t complicated.
People just get distracted by shiny shortcuts.

The people who lose weight and keep it off are the ones who master the boring stuff.

BIIIIIG shoutout to .clare and for completing their first ever HYROX.

Taking on a HYROX for the first time is a massive challenge — doing it solo is another level. Both of these boys absolutely sent it and I couldn’t be prouder.

I love what these fellas are about and the way they show up to their training day in, day out.

For .clare it’s eyes on a big PB in Brissy, then straight into prep for the Adelaide Marathon in May.

“The last few years I’ve been trying to get into a healthy, regular routine with exercise and my diet, and the results were minimal and really discouraging. I was constantly yo-yo dieting and not making any improvements — physically, mentally, or weight wise.

After starting full-time work, I knew I had to make a change. Starting the 8-Week Challenge, I was intimidated and worried I wouldn’t be able to commit. But with the support of Josh and others doing the challenge, I felt like I was in an environment built for success.

🔥 Bro is locked in.

About 18 months ago, Greeny came to me weighing 120kg. After years of struggling with his weight and confidence, his main goal was simple: lose weight and feel better in his own skin.

As we started working together, I found out he also had a bigger dream — to run a marathon.

Fast forward to today: Greeny is 40kg down, fitter than ever, and not only did he run that marathon… he smashed it in under 4 hours — which is no easy feat.

Now, he’s setting his sights on a whole new challenge: Hyrox Melbourne, teaming up with my other mate and client, Jaxon. And if there’s one thing I know about Greeny, it’s that he’ll put in the work and then some to make it happen.
