Hello!!
Over the last few months, my attention has been needed in my personal life, as some separation and care issues finalized, I made strong work and business changes and through all this, I changed all the rooms in my home..and I mean every room!.
So with this now done...and attention to my personal health and energy levels also nurtured
I wanted to let you know that I am still here! And over the coming weeks, I will fill you in on our exciting new future together.

I noticed Facebook has been making some changes too...

Now that is the focus!
My son set a goal and intent at about 12 years of age.. Last month I saw a major part of that goal ( from 13 years earlier) come to life...

With lots of wins and setbacks, pain and achievements along the way, this was a major step to an even bigger vision...

My daughter made her 9-year-old goal of doing the splits in her end-of-year concert! (she was over the moon)

My younger son made his 9-year-old goal of mastering the Bball bouncing between his legs when dribbling... (as he said, that was soo satisfying) which is his explanation for the warm fuzzy feeling he gets that makes his knees feel wobbly :)

ALL massive achievements and exercises in shaping our journeys.

You are never too young or too old to know that you CAN make anything happen. if you want to.

Viral Clearing...
You may be familiar with cleaning...cleansing the liver, doing a little detoxing by cleaning up your daily diet, maybe doing a little juice fasting and hopefully also taking some of the right supports to hope sponge up and push out years of accumulated toxins from the liver and body tissue..

But when was the last time you did some Viral Cleansing?

Vrus are great at hanging around, hiding out in the nerve ganglia along the spine, hiding out in organ tissue and fatiguing their function. This can be back ground chronic stress don't eh body.
