This is coming up and a great resource for those with little people on their lives who experience BIG feelings. I think it's also useful for us adults who experience BIG feelings in our parenting journey! We are all humans making our way in the world.....with BIG feelings!!!!

Another tantrum is erupting in the house.

You try to reason.
You try to explain.
You try to negotiate.
You try to coach.
You try to warn.
You try to punish.
You try not to explode yourself!

Why does it feel like every single thing we do or say when our child is having a tantrum just makes things so much worse? Regardless of our intentions, our actions backfire.

This is because our children’s challenging behaviours generally stem from the big emotions they’re feeling. So when we try to put the fire out by pouring water on the behaviour, it doesn’t work. We need to go deeper.

Find out more about the reasons behind our little people’s meltdowns at our next free webinar.
