Help yourself and help others by asking simple questions of your self?

As you shift anytime into alignment of being kind, being compassionate, being patient, being empowered, being courageous, being more love, being the expression of the divine joyful, wise spirit you are at your core you evoke massive ripples that are contagious to the whole field.

Being a present listening ear to another
Being patient with others
Being a peaceful presence with another
Being kind to another
Being the arms of a hug for another
Being the voice of encouragement
Being the voice of upliftment
Being a giver of your time to another
Being unconditional love to another

Ultimately we each have a multitude of different gifts to give that truly have no monetary value, BE THE GIFT!

Hello dear global friends, A reminder from my book Nurturing Wisdom that within us all is a centre within where peace resides, where unconditional love resides.

What helps me to remember this and reconnect is either a gentle tap in the centre of chest (a tap to me is like a message saying remember, remember)
or place your hands on your heart space, close your eyes gently and take some deep breaths a few times and allow yourself to feel the quiet, feel the peace.

As you do this set an intention of radiating peace and love out into the world 🤍🌎🤍

Take this opportunity of conscious connection maybe as a morning ritual to start your day, or at times of overwhelm, stress, also intermittently throughout your day. Feel the calm, the peace and the joy.

Within you, within us all is our divine spirit, the non physical self which is pure love our true nature, our essence.

A reminder the choice of peace comes from within us - not always easy for sure.

Utilise your breath to ground and stabilize you, to connect to your divine hearts wisdom.

You can choose peace instead of conflict,
peace instead of drama, peace instead of resistance to what you can’t change.

Be the change within you to peace.
Know if you wish for peace in the world,
it begins with you, it begins with me.

Humanity has the capacity for peace!
