Every time we time we forgive another or forgive ourself it is a gift to ourself, and a gift to all.
Holding on to resentment, anger, judgement creates disharmony within us, that limits our highest expression. Not always an easy journey, but the pathway of forgiveness always worth that journey.

Unconditional love is our true nature at the core of our being.

As you move through your day, ask the question - How may I be an expression of love?

Be aware of those times where you are clearly not being that, either with yourself or with others.

An awareness of not being that brings an opportunity to acknowledge the disconnection from your divine nature, to reconnect and realign to love.

The world, humanity and all its living creatures are calling out for us all to remember, to return deeply, to the love that we are.

To be the highest expression of humanity we can be and transform the world from this anchor in all we do.

It starts with each of us and our relationship to self. As we seek to acknowledge our shadow, our ego self and instead of denying it seek to understand and have compassion that is a part of self that is feeling separation, fear.

It is a call for love.

Today’s thought a reminder of the importance of self nurture, self care - Peace and Love to all 🕊🤍🕊🙏

It is our "SOUL INSTINCT"
to be of service to others
to love, nurture, assist them to
be the best they can be.
However key to do this is to
find BALANCE in giving
those very things to YOURSELF.

When you neglect your own needs of
LOVING YOURSELF,
NURTURING YOURSELF
and STRIVING TO BE THE
BEST YOU CAN BE,
your ability to give those
things to others diminish.
By being of service to your own nurture,
you give more to others.

Ask yourself:
How may I be of service to me today,
to enable me to flourish?

As adults we often get caught up in the seriousness of the world, and may even as a child been limited on some level to be free to play, to be light.

Gift yourself some play time, whatever that may be for you.
If you can’t physically do that just give yourself a few minutes to close your eyes and go to a memory, something you experienced, something’s you’ve seen where you felt, experienced the joy of playfulness, laughter, feel your heart lighten.

Happy play and joy time dear friends 💛✨🧚🏻‍♀️✨🧜‍♀️✨🦄✨💛🥰

Allow your inner child
to come out to play
Kick up your heels
no matter your age
So go skip, jump, splash,
dance, sing, giggle,
laugh joyously,
If not physically go to a
memory, close your eyes
and just be there
Free your spirit and play!

🕊🤍 🕊 A reminder for us all to remember to "TRULY LISTEN" to others, to LISTEN in a way you wish to be heard.

Listening to others in the way we wish to be heard, is to listen with full presence, to listen with a desire to understand another’s perspective and creates for them a sense of value that they are being heard and deserve to be heard.

Have you had experiences where you tried to convey how you were feeling, and the other person, isn't present, doesn't acknowledge you, or talks over you, or dismisses you and takes over the conversation. How did this make you feel?

It begins with truly "listening", as you do this, you empower others, and empower you as you listen from a place of full presence. You may learn something, you may expand your awareness, aaaumptions you may had may dissolve into deeper understanding, you may find your heart expands in your ability to have compassion at a deeper level.

✨✨ LISTEN to others, in the way you wish to be HEARD! ✨✨
