When your clients have legs that go for days… it definitely makes for some interesting massage sessions! Working with a basketball team brings its own set of challenges!
But honestly, it’s one of the things I love most about this work. Every sport, every team, every body type is different — and that keeps things interesting.
It’s also such a joy working alongside during these late night sesssions. Sharing the workload, bouncing ideas off each other, and making sure every athlete walks away ready to perform their best — teamwork isn’t just for the players.
Thanks for the session with

It’s that time of year again - the silly season!
Between end-of-year school activities, Christmas functions, and for me a packed schedule working with sporting teams, it’s a full stretch for many of us.
Before your body starts feeling the effects of all the extra running around, now’s the time to book in. A little maintenance now can make a big difference heading into the new year.
I have some evening availability Thursday 30th October and a couple of Tuesdays in November.
Waiting List available for other dates.

School holidays are just around the corner!
I’ll still be working throughout the break, but there will be a few days where I’ll have later start times. This gives me the chance for a little personal reset and some extra time with my family while still being available for your appointments.
If you’re hoping to book in during the holidays, I’d recommend securing your spot early as times may be a little more limited than usual.

There’s still a lot of sickness going around at the moment, and while I truly appreciate clients cancelling when they’re unwell, it can sometimes leave gaps in my day.
I usually share last-minute availability in my stories, but I’d love to start a cancellation list again. This way, if an appointment opens up, I can contact those on the list first before posting online.
If you’d like to be added, please send me a message with the days/times that usually suit you best.

✨ Be Kind ✨
We often only see a small part of someone’s life, but we don’t always know what battles they may be facing behind the scenes.
A smile, a kind word, or even just a little patience can make a world of difference to someone’s day.
I am often an open book but there are certainly some things I have going on which I don’t share or only share a fraction of.
Kindness costs nothing — but it can mean everything.

Today is MHFA Day 💚 – a reminder that every conversation can truly make a difference.
Mental health has been an important part of my own journey. I know firsthand how powerful it can be when someone listens without judgment and creates a space where you feel safe to open up.
That’s something I carry into my work every day. My work space – whether in clinic or on location – isn’t just about massage and physical recovery. It’s a safe space where clients can come as they are, knowing they will be supported both physically and emotionally.
On MHFA Day, I’m proud to stand alongside this movement to . Because sometimes, the smallest conversation can have the biggest impact. 💚

Echunga update for those who I haven’t seen recently.
When I first started working at Echunga, I had the time and capacity to take on extra work closer to home. Since then, a few things have changed—including my daughter’s autism diagnosis late last year—which has shifted my priorities. Her needs are now my main focus.
So to be honest, I’m unsure how much longer I’ll be available to work at Echunga. I’ll keep you updated as things progress, and I truly appreciate your support and understanding
Next date - Friday 22nd August, only a few spots available.
September date is still to be confirmed.

Still have to pinch myself when I look back at how far things have come since moving my business out of home six years ago.
It’s been an incredible journey — not just over the past six years, but across 15 years in the industry. So much growth, learning, and evolution.
And I have to say, I’m loving seeing the full-colour version of my logo on items I have had printed recently — it’s a small but meaningful reminder of how far things have come from the early days.

💛 Gifting Support Where It’s Needed Most 💛
Due to a last-minute cancellation, I have an available appointment for Thursday 24th July that I’d love to gift to a student who might be doing it tough right now — maybe feeling overwhelmed, run down, or just needing a little extra care.
If you’re a regular client and know a young person (child, teen, or uni student) who could really benefit from some support — whether it’s physical tension, mental overload, or simply a safe space to breathe — please reach out. It might be a family member, friend, or someone in your circle.
This one’s on me. Because sometimes, a small gesture can make a big difference.

I am passionate about helping my clients keep doing what they love, whether that be your day job, chosen sport or hobby.
I completed my Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2010 and I have also completed further training in Cupping Therapy and Hot Stones.
Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work with a number of elite sporting teams, including working extensively with the Adelaide Thunderbirds Netball Team and the Port Adelaide Football Club (AFL team).
I have many years experience working with people from a range of backgrounds outside the sporting arena. Ranging from Beauty Therapists to Trades people, right through to Elderly clients.
Empowering clients to understand their bodies and discover the power of massage is something that I personally find very rewarding.
It's my belief that continued learning is important for any good Massage Therapist, therefore I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice.
Away from massage I still like to keep myself busy, I have two children aged 6 & 3 who always keep me on my toes. My Husband and I regularly volunteer our time to sporting and community groups, and when I've got the time I still love getting involved. I’ve competed for Australia in track cycling, but my current sport of choice is Sled Dog Racing with our Siberian Huskies.
