A little heads up for January 2026.
Look at all the Sport that is on in Adelaide in January 😍
This will mean there will be some Clinic interruptions on 13th, 15th, 20th and 29th January due to Sports work for myself. This includes a new opportunity for me which I’m really excited for.
I know it can be frustrating to have to wait a little long between appointments but hope you can all understand the how important it is for me to be doing this work.
Due to School holidays and sports work there will be no Echunga date in January.

Appreciation post for our Physio, Madhav from
Just over 9 weeks ago Miles injured his ankle at school during football ⚽️ clinic in PE. Whist the club season was over, Miles season was not done. He was just 3 weeks out from Football SA SAP trials.
After our local Dr cleared him of a fracture or break, it was onto our physio. High grade 1, possibly low grade 2 tear was the outcome.
Exercises given and a plan was put into place, with the goal make it into SAP.
Plan slightly changed along the way but I am incredibly proud of Miles that 7 weeks after initial injury he was training with the SAP squad and was then a week later offered a position.
Madhav treated Miles like an athlete not just like a kid. He knows how much Miles football means to him and we are very grateful to have him support Miles.

Please be advised that I will be taking two weeks off from Christies Beach clinic work over the Christmas and New Year period.
The clinic will be closed from 19 December through to 4 January.
If you require an appointment prior to Christmas, please note that November is now heavily booked with only limited availability remaining. Appointments are still available during the first two weeks of December; however, Tuesday 16 December and Thursday 18 December are fully booked.

When your clients have legs that go for days… it definitely makes for some interesting massage sessions! Working with a basketball team brings its own set of challenges!
But honestly, it’s one of the things I love most about this work. Every sport, every team, every body type is different — and that keeps things interesting.
It’s also such a joy working alongside during these late night sesssions. Sharing the workload, bouncing ideas off each other, and making sure every athlete walks away ready to perform their best — teamwork isn’t just for the players.
Thanks for the session with

It’s that time of year again - the silly season!
Between end-of-year school activities, Christmas functions, and for me a packed schedule working with sporting teams, it’s a full stretch for many of us.
Before your body starts feeling the effects of all the extra running around, now’s the time to book in. A little maintenance now can make a big difference heading into the new year.
I have some evening availability Thursday 30th October and a couple of Tuesdays in November.
Waiting List available for other dates.

School holidays are just around the corner!
I’ll still be working throughout the break, but there will be a few days where I’ll have later start times. This gives me the chance for a little personal reset and some extra time with my family while still being available for your appointments.
If you’re hoping to book in during the holidays, I’d recommend securing your spot early as times may be a little more limited than usual.

There’s still a lot of sickness going around at the moment, and while I truly appreciate clients cancelling when they’re unwell, it can sometimes leave gaps in my day.
I usually share last-minute availability in my stories, but I’d love to start a cancellation list again. This way, if an appointment opens up, I can contact those on the list first before posting online.
If you’d like to be added, please send me a message with the days/times that usually suit you best.

I am passionate about helping my clients keep doing what they love, whether that be your day job, chosen sport or hobby.
I completed my Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2010 and I have also completed further training in Cupping Therapy and Hot Stones.
Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work with a number of elite sporting teams, including working extensively with the Adelaide Thunderbirds Netball Team and the Port Adelaide Football Club (AFL team).
I have many years experience working with people from a range of backgrounds outside the sporting arena. Ranging from Beauty Therapists to Trades people, right through to Elderly clients.
Empowering clients to understand their bodies and discover the power of massage is something that I personally find very rewarding.
It's my belief that continued learning is important for any good Massage Therapist, therefore I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice.
Away from massage I still like to keep myself busy, I have two children aged 6 & 3 who always keep me on my toes. My Husband and I regularly volunteer our time to sporting and community groups, and when I've got the time I still love getting involved. I’ve competed for Australia in track cycling, but my current sport of choice is Sled Dog Racing with our Siberian Huskies.
