ing closely with the SANFL in particular the South Adelaide and Glenelg Football Clubs and encompassing state teams for cricket, basketball netball and professional athletes. Unlike many other physiotherapy practices, PhysioXtra provides 30 minute consults where patients receive a complete assessment. Appointment times are scheduled to meet the needs of busy people with early and after hours appointments are available. Our physiotherapists take the time to listen and will monitor your progress very carefully, but most importantly they will find solutions to your problems – not quick fixes!

Reminder we will be closed on Monday 9th June.

We will be back open on Tues 10th June from 8am, we are still open this Saturday if you need an appointment over the weekend!!

Bookings are available online through the PhysioXtra website if you need to book an appointment for when we are back in the clinic.

For those looking to keep moving, we do have some PilatesX classes running on Monday at 7am, 7.50am and 8.40am - bookings available through the PilatesX app. 💪🏼

Lipoedema Awareness Month is kicking off 1st June! Lipoedema is a condition that our Physio Megan specialises in and has become a big passion of hers!

Did you know that lipoedema affects at least 11% of Women? Many people have never heard of Lipoedema and don't realise they are being affected by it. Due to the lack of awareness of it and understanding, it’s often being mistaken for lymphoedema or obesity. As a result it is believed a significant number of cases go undiagnosed.
