The Adelaide Disability Care Team is Growing!
We are currently seeking passionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our expanding team at Adelaide Disability Care.
This is an exciting opportunity to support participants across various locations throughout Adelaide, delivering high quality, person centered care that aligns with our values: “We Nurture Lives Differently.”
About the Role:
• Provide daily living support, including personal care and household tasks
• Assist participants to access the community and build social connections
• Support participants in achieving their individual NDIS goals
What We’re Looking For:
• Cert III Disability Support or equivalent.
• Mental health experience will be highly regarded
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, flexibility, and a genuine passion for supporting others
• Relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, NDIS Modules etc.)
