Hey Cardioflex friends! Sadly over the years I've lost some incredible people to su***de & it still really hurts.. Jan AND Feb i’m taking part in Febfast, zero alcohol challenge for Lifeline! Lifeline does incredible work when it matters most, because sadly some great people feel so alone in their darkest times. I've already started my sober journey & will not fail, but PLEASE remember, this isn't about me, it's about kindness.. be kind, please donate, big or small, you never know, you might help save someone's life.
