24 was off the charts! EVERY fighter brought their best & did themselves & their gyms proud! Our fighters; & all put on a show! Josh went to war with in a Fight of the Night battle! Courtney took control of a tough fight with Tabitha with a all-round display of Mixed Martisl Arts! Jayden put it all on the line in a beautiful display of Full Thai Rules vs ! Everyone at is proud & inspired by you all! Thank you for representing our gym with honour. Made weight, fought like warriors & humble in victory or defeat. 🙌 To you made weight & would have done anything to fight, ended up in hospital on fight day.. legit never gave up, you were forced to & you’ll fight again another day. rolled up made weight.. you’re the man brother. 👊

Strong dominant win for on Saturday night at centre. This young man epitomises the culture we strive to maintain at & we are super proud of the high quality skilful performance he put on Sat but even more so of his elite attitude & the way he treats our juniors when coaching them. You’re a credit to your family young brother & to yourself & all the work you do. Congrats on an outstanding win that was very well deserved. 👊 Well done & thanks to for all the work you’ve done, for assisting in corner & & our opponent for the fight.

2025 UPDATED CLASS SCHEDULE & GYM OPEN TIMES!
Please see our current class schedule & note:

6:00am Boxing: classes will now run from Mon to Thurs AND Mon & Wed classes will include a "Cardioflex" component! What does this mean? You'll learn a variety of Kettlebell & Bodyweight exercise variations to increase SPEED, POWER & CORE STRENGTH!

5:00pm Friday: NEW Fighters Technical class is available for FIGHTERS ONLY & will focus on Counter Fighting, High Percentage Attacks, Defensive Strategies & Technical fine-tuning. If you want to fight this year, this class is compulsory. Prospective fighters; if you're not sure if you can attend this class, ask Icke.
