Earlier this month we held our first ever information evening with a focus on Menopause and Perimenopause.

We were thrilled to have more than a dozen lovely ladies attend, and even happier when they were brave enough to share their stories and ask the questions that everyone thinks is silly although all of us were wondering the same thing 🙂

We had some great raffles and the more questions that were asked, the more entries you received so one lucky lady was a double winner 🏆

Thank you to all of our attendees for contributing to a great night and an even bigger thank you to Pharmacare Naturopath, Emily for her presentation and our own Pharmacist, Salma for helping us understand HRT a bit better 😃

We can't wait to start planning our next information evening and would love to hear what you think it should be about.
