Hope you're keeping warm and cosy.
Apparantly it was the coldest morning on record since 1901.
Out walking with the dogs in Belair this morning, with frost on the ground. I couldn't build a cute snowman like this one, but it was lovely and fresh.

Couples Massage workshop

If your partner was anything like mine, five minutes into a neck rub and he’s complaining his thumbs are tired and you’re yearning for more, then this course is for you. Gain confidence to give the best back rub, look after your hands while doing it and have the stamina to carry on as long as it takes! Create an everlasting closeness that only massage can bring to your relationship.

As well as full training on the day you will receive an easy to follow instruction leaflet to give you the confidence to continue at home.

With lots of personal individual instruction. Limited places.

Dates: Sunday 1pm - 4pm on 3rd March 2024
Location: Flagstaff hill, 5159
Cost: $185 per couple. Early bird discount $150 (if booked and paid before 10th February 2024)
What to bring: A pillow, towel, loose clothing or vest top, sense of humour and your partner (as they’re not provided :).
What’s provided: The right atmosphere and full training.
Please be aware this is a workshop for you and your partner to enjoy together. There will be no tests, just lots of fun, positive praise and encouragement.

When you come in for a treatment, you can enjoy Hydrogen water, to rehydrate and improve your body's intake of oxygen and absorption of nutrients. It takes great too.
I have it everyday and it's really helped improve my focus and energy levels.
