Olympic Sports Clinic welcomes Michael to the team!

Michael is an experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist with years of clinical experience, graduating with distinction from Queensland University of Technology. He focuses on using evidence-based interventions to improve health, function, and quality of life across diverse populations. He has a strong interest in movement for health, particularly the role of resistance training in preventing decline in health and improving functional movement. His clinical background is complemented by ongoing medical studies, which provides an in-depth understanding of disease processes and the healthcare system.

We welcome Sarvadnya “SB” Bhattad to our physiotherapy team! She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Masters degree in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia.

SB is dedicated to supporting clients in achieving their goals and believes in a personalised, evidence based approach. She has also completed her Level 1 Dry Needling course to further expand her skills.

Meet Ameya Kanvinde - Physiotherapist at Olympic Sports Clinic

Ameya is a passionate physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy from UniSA.

His love for sports like cricket, soccer, and tennis led him to a career in physiotherapy. He brings valuable experience to Olympic Sports Clinic from working with musculoskeletal and sports clinics in India.

Ameya has also had the unique opportunity to work with Bollywood actors and provide physiotherapy coverage at international Pickleball tournaments.

Ameya is now available for appointments at our Hallett Cove Clinic.

He is fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi.

Olympic Sports Clinic (OSC) are our SL1 and WSL physios and trainers this season, providing our senior group with professional and expert advice and care, we are very grateful and lucky to have them on board. OSC have been located in Hallett Cove for more than 30 years and now have three other Clinics in Aldinga, Huntfield Heights and O’Halloran Hill. They provide General Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Massage Therapy, Hydrotherapy and Clinical Pilates in their on-site gym.

OSC have offered discounted prices for any Cove member who has an injury, needs advice and/or consultancy during recovery. Please just call or visit their clinic and inform them that you are a Cove FC member to receive the discount.

Olympic Sports Clinic is excited to welcome Luh Korda to the team as one of our remedial massage therapists. Luh has been practicing for 15 years so brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the clinic. She loves to connect with her patients and assist them to achieve their goals in their healing journey.

Her areas of interest include: myofacial release, trigger point, craniosacral therapy, cupping, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue and sports massage.
