Summer sun exposure adds up quietly ☀️

It’s not just beach days that matter. Short walks, school drop-offs, sitting near windows, outdoor lunches, they all contribute to cumulative UV exposure over time. Individually they feel insignificant, but together they’re often where most sun exposure actually happens.

That’s why wearing sunscreen as part of your skincare matters, just as much as slapping it on when your at the beach.

Myth: “It’s okay to use someone else’s prescription if your symptoms feel the same.”

Even if it seems harmless, prescription medicines are chosen for a specific person, dose, health history and other medications they’re taking. Sharing them can mean the dose isn’t right for you, it could interact with something you’re already on, or it might even mask a condition that needs proper checking.

If your symptoms are bothering you, the safest option is always to chat with your pharmacist or see your GP rather than borrowing from a friend or family member.
