Well I survived a day at the show. Lots of walking, laughter and all round fun. Spending time with the small grandies, my number 2&3 kids has filled my cup quite a bit. Thank goodness for my muscle recovery bath and body oil. I think it will be given a work out tonight!

Day 8 I think. I've sort of lost track, as I do. I tend to get wrapped up in work and forget about me. So I'm back again. Today is a day for me and a couple of special kids in my life. I'm going with my 2 youngest grandies to the Adelaide show. Spending time filling my bucket especially with my grandson who I don't see very often.

Day 4 of becoming me. Today I spent with my littlest grand daughter. We farmers marketed, had a special morning tea, went to the shops and had lunch with Jacqui Slocom then visited Portal 58 to visit and now finishing off with a coffee date to meet Nathan Salt . Today was back to work. This is where I struggle most. Today I am proud. I didn't let my negative thoughts win. I did give in to sugar cravings to get me through. Thank goodness for my Brain power roll on. The best $35 spent.
