🌿 Exam Season — Supporting Your Teen Through the Stress 📖
It’s that time of year again — exam season has come around faster than most students and parents expected.
For some, this feels like the most important time of their school life — years of effort coming down to these few weeks. For others, there’s a quiet sense of relief that school will soon be over — not everyone has enjoyed this journey, and that’s okay too.
Whatever their experience, this time of year can bring heightened stress, worry, and self-doubt. Teens may struggle with sleep, focus, or motivation, and emotions can feel bigger than usual. It’s often a challenging time for parents as well — trying to offer support, manage tension at home, and balance their own responsibilities.
Patience, empathy, and reassurance go a long way. Remind your teen that their worth isn’t defined by results and that it’s okay to take a breather. Sometimes the best thing you can do is just be there — a calm, steady presence in what feels like a whirlwind.
