IMPORTANT AGED CARE UPDATE: The way home support is delivered is changing. If you are not aware already, started as of November 1, 2025, the Australian Government has launched the new Support at Home program, replacing the current Home Care Packages (HCP).

Good News: If you already receive an HCP or are approved by October 31, 2025, you don't need to do anything. You will automatically transition into the new program without reapplying or being reassessed.
