Ok so we know I love to boost people up and remind them how strong and capable they really are. . .

So I have applied and been accepted as an ambassador for the strong women movement.

I even ordered myself a whole new just strong outfit (I never treat myself like this) to promote strong women worldwide and I’m so excited

Building people up and helping in anyway I can is super important to me and this is a great way to reach more people and make a difference in this world

So 100 km in one month seems a little easy and I’d like to up the challenge. . .

If I can get my donations to $125 by the end of the month I’ll up my distance to 500km. If I get to $250 I will walk 1000km . . . all for a good cause

What’s been on my mind lately is how we should be using plant medicine to heal.

So I just enrolled myself in a master herbalism course

Ironic that I was only telling mum today that I’m going to end up doing something in natural healing and this course popped up in my emails today.

Do you know why it’s so important to “know thyself” as Jesus states. . .

There will be a multitude of people in your lifetime who will want to tarnish your name, drag your reputation through the mud, tell you that you are less than who you are or even flatter you to confuse and manipulate you and there’s nothing you can really do to stop them.

Revenge isn’t the answer. Violence isn’t the answer. Going into battle to clear your name isn’t the answer. Hating on yourself isn’t the answer!!!

The only one true solution that will see you through every situation life has to throw at you is to just simply “know thyself”

When you truly know who you are right down to the very core this will always be enough. You will no longer feel the need to rush to your own defences, to try and clear your name. You won’t fall for bu****it tactics to manipulate you into being with someone because they told you how wonderful you are. You won’t waste time and energy on irrelevant people and their dramas. You won’t care that they try to tarnish your reputation you will simply sit with self and know! and if you can’t do that or don’t like what you see-it’s time to make some changes

Jesus also stated to not take things personally so when these people need to pass blame, manipulate or slander you, it’s solely because it hurts less than to face oneself while being brutally honest and accepting who they are. It takes a lot of courage to sit alone and become self aware-if you can do that (completely drug free, alcohol free and of sober mind) you are already way ahead of most of the population. If you are pointing fingers at others still then you need to go deeper within and do more work.

If you go deep within and not only like but love what you see then congratulations 🎉 you are now one of the richest, most powerful humans alive. The true 1%

But with great power comes great responsibility-you must teach others to go within and learn to love themselves or heal themselves till they love themselves and this my beautiful people-is the hardest task of all
