"Hearing Sense were recommended to me by a friend who had used their services and I am so glad I took his advice.

I made an appointment at Hearing Sense with Pavel to have a chat about the problems I was having with my hearing. He recommended a hearing test to get an idea of what was happening. We did the hearing test and had a chat about the results.

I also had a consultation with my ENT Specialist who knew of Hearing Sense, and he suggested I return to them and investigate hearing aid options. I made another appointment with Pavel and we went through the various hearing aid options available and costs. I did commit to a hearing aid and I am very happy with the outcome.

I have returned a couple of times to see Pavel for adjustments and he has been so
patient and helpful. I have also popped in with no appointment & received help from the Hearing Sense friendly staff who have guided me through some adjustments on how to wear the aid, and also the option of how to use Bluetooth through the hearing aid.
