Continue to Ground, really ground.
Through breath, bring awareness of energy, foods we ingest, water quality we consume.
Strengthen connection with nature, bare feet on its soil, nurturing oneself, your garden(its soil, roots, stem, trunk, branches, leaves, buds, flowers, fruits), the waters, sunlight, all that supports our anchoring for growth.
Bring in the love and light that is available. Anchor divine Knowledge from self, nature and others, wise ones, spiritual entities of love/light movement, young ones and elders in the knowing.
We forge together, align, share our expansive light we hold to birth it(anchor) hold space as it continues to expand.

Gather it, Hold it, Expand it.

Dreams

Dreams drifting
In the ocean

Sink deep to core of
Mother Earth

Heart beats receiving
Shouts of Fire
She has Heard

Tones, Light, Cosmos calling
Flashlight breaks, so it seems throughout the sky

Are we all just emerging
Once again

Many times I am reminded about the Seen and Unseen.

🐢Like cycles of the Seen and Unseen, we engage more consciously for clearer understanding of how to make changes to be in the flow.

So too are we better understanding of Self for Spiritual Growth when we engage with Determine Consciousness.🦅

Take the opportunity to find those peaceful moments of much contemplations, then shed/release what's not needed, just as the Snake sheds its skin, whatever you hang onto, thats no longer needed, place it in the energy thats about to be released. Release to higher source.
