Ahhhhhhh - BREATHE 🙌❤️

Back in Bali at one of my favourite places.

I’m depleted, flat and trying to give from a big old empty cup here after a roller coaster year and a winter that wouldn’t end 🥲🥶

So here I am. A week for me…

Starting with a 3 day juice fast to reset, nourish and rest my poor over caffeinated, over stressed, over thinking body.

I just walked out of yin yoga and I’m feeling better already 🧘‍♂️

SO GRATEFUL that I can do this, and to my deeply supportive partner who suggested it …

Time to breathe, nourish, press pause 🙏 🌸🫶
