Our body gives us signs daily - when you think about it our body is freaking incredible.
Our body gives us signs
When we are hungry
When we are tired
When we are happy
And signs that something may be a little off. How long to you normally take to acknowledge these symptoms and stop brush it off? It’s usually until those signs or symptoms get pretty severe.
But here’s the thing! The sooner you get on top of it, the better it will be (this is why preventative medicine is so important) 🥰 The two most common excuses all practitioners hear are I’ll book in when I have the time and/or money (I am so guilty of this too by the way). But honey..... let me tell you the sooner you book in the more time and money you will have 🙌🏼🥰
Often a lot of these symptoms can be brushed off as ‘normal’. However just because something is common doesn’t mean it’s normal or healthy!
Some common signs and symptoms that are your body trying to tell you there is an imbalance or something isn’t quite right
- loose stools/urgency, mucous in the stools, constipation or alternating bowel movements, painful and constant bloating, loss of appetite, increased gas, nausea
- Painful periods, PMS, absent periods, irregular periods.
- Hair loss, cold hands and feet, lower mood, depression
- Headaches, Migraines, exhaustion, brain fog, memory loss, tingling in hands and feet, anxiety, dizziness.
- Loss of taste, slow wound healing, frequent colds,
- Acne, psoriasis, eczema, dry skin.
In no way am I saying any of this to scare you (as I say in no way is anyone’s health 100% all the time) but most of the time a few little tweaks can make a tremendous difference ❤️ Just a reminder to take care of yourself and book that appointment you have been meaning to do!!
