I hope you’re all well!
My name is Yutha Thomasababu. My organisation’s name is Care N Beyond.
Our vision is optimising social and economic independence and full participation for people with disability. An important part of our vision is striving to become the number one preferred service provider in our community.
I am writing to express my interest in working with you and your current participants requiring a Provider, the services I provide are:
• Household tasks
• Assistance with travel and transport arrangements
• Assistance with Daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangement (SIL)
• Participation in community, social and civil activities
•Daily personal activities
•Development of daily living and life skill
•Innovative community participation
My current qualifications and experience include a Certificate III in Individual Support Disability, which I completed on 26 March 2024, along with two years of hands-on experience as a Disability Support Worker. I have worked with clients with physical and intellectual disabilities, ASD, mental health conditions, and complex needs, providing personal care, community access, medication assistance, and behavioral support. I am also experienced in NDIS processes, person-centered care, and workplace safety regulations, with strong skills in manual handling, infection control, and effective communication with families and professionals.
I am located in Para Hills, South Australia, and am able to take on any self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants within South Australia. My company is home based although we are happy to travel to the participants to provide services.
I’m currently waiting on my registration number from the NDIS Commission as I’ve already gone through the Audit and have successfully passed.
Our operating hours are 24/7 and are available to start taking on new participants as of next week.
