The clinic comprises comfortable and relaxing rooms from which leading independent wellness practitioners treat and service their clients. Practitioners have the administrative support they need to focus entirely on their clients’ needs in an ideal therapeutic environment. All consulting practitioners share the belief that everybody is different, and an individual, personalised approach is necessary to achieve true and lasting results. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from the city in Unley and are open weekdays, evenings and all day Saturday to accommodate most busy lifestyles. Need a soothing warm-up in this wintery weather?
WINTER TONIC RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1.5L filtered water
1 chunk of fresh ginger (about 2 thumbs), sliced
1 whole lemon, sliced into rounds
4 cardamon pods
Honey to sweeten

Method:
-Place your water ginger, lemon and cardamon pods into a saucepan on the stove
-Bring to the boil
-Turn temperature down and simmer for 15 mins (simmer longer if you prefer a stronger flavour)
-Turn off the heat.
-Ladle your tonic into a big mug and sweeten with honey. A teaspoon is usually nice but adjust to your preference.
