Old Injuries Still Affecting You?
Just because an injury has “healed” doesn’t always mean your body has fully moved on.
Scar tissue forms as part of the healing process, but it’s not as flexible as healthy tissue. Over time, this can lead to tightness, restricted movement, and even aches in other areas of the body as you compensate.

🍋 Holly’s Greek-Style Leftovers Fried Rice
Quick, fresh, and perfect for using up leftovers! A zesty, simple meal ready in minutes.
You’ll need:
1–2 cups cooked rice
1 tbsp olive oil
3 eggs
Salt & pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup leftover lamb or chicken (optional)
⅓ cup chopped dill
Optional toppings: feta, baby capers, diced tomatoes, fresh parsley or mint, lemon zest, halloumi - whatever takes your fancy!
How:
Heat oil, scramble eggs with a squeeze of lemon.
Stir in rice, season well and cook until all hot & some bits get toasty
Add leftover meat if using, cook until hot.
Finish with dill, more lemon, and toppings of your choice.
✨ Fresh, zesty, and a great way to make the most of what’s in your fridge!

All consulting practitioners are fully qualified, committed and experienced in their chosen fields. They share the belief that everybody is different, and an individual, personalised approach is necessary to achieve true and lasting results.

We believe ongoing training both in-house and via external seminars are essential in maintaining and developing the best client outcomes. We are therefore dedicated to continual further education and personal development.

All practitioners have provider numbers for all major Private Health funds and in many cases, claims can be made on the spot.
