Water, water everywhere - but, are you drinking enough?
Studies show that many of us live in a constant state of dehydration. Since our body is 55-60% water, rehydrating is extremely important.
If you are finding it hard to drink more water, try these 4 easy tips:
1) Whenever you feel a hunger pang, begin with a nice fresh glass of water.
2) Aim to drink 1L of water before lunch, drinking in small sips. Avoid gulping down a full glass at a time.
3) Start the day rehydrating with a fresh glass of water. This can help flush out toxins and keep bowels regular.
4) Add a small slice or two of fresh fruit to a jug of water and allow it to infuse for 20 minutes. This provides some extra taste without the sugar overload.
