Furthermore, the team specialises in psychological assessments, ongoing case management, crisis intervention for individuals with mental health conditions across all age groups, including the development of care plans, psycho-education, and family and relationship therapy. The team possesses extensive experience in inpatient admissions, discharge planning, and liaising with relevant organisations such as Child Protection Services, Guardianship authorities, Family SA, among others. The practitioner has substantial experience working with individuals from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse(CALD) backgrounds and Aboriginal communities. Proficient in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and multiple other therapeutic modalities.
