Extend community!! We have our very first Mums Club & beach walk happening this Friday & Sunday!

Mummas join us for a coffee & a chat in the cafe (after the 11:30am Mums & Minis class), we would love to meet you & your little one! 🤍

Everyone else join us on Sunday for a beach walk, Grange to Henley & back, with a stop to get bagels & coffee! Meeting at Grange Jetty, 10:30am! Bring your doggos, friends, partner, babies, anyone that wants to come is welcome! 🌊

We can’t wait to expand our community & create moments that we can get to know each other! Would love to see you there 🫶

🌿 Low Back Pain Series: Discogenic Pain 🌿

Discogenic low back pain often manifests as immediate pain with a sudden mechanism, such as a car accident or heavy deadlift.

Discogenic pain is central, that is often achey at rest and sharp with movement. It may also be associated with radiation down one leg. Pain is usually aggravated by extension (bending backwards), but can also be aggravated by flexion (bending forwards).

🌿 NEW SERIES: Low Back Pain: Postural Pain 🌿

Postural pain is a time of non-specific low back pain that is commonly seen in occupations that spend a lot of time sitting down (such as office workers or truck drivers). This is usually due to some form of muscle imbalance, such as muscle tightness or weakness.

This type of pain often has a gradual onset of which you cannot pinpoint an exact cause. It presents as a diffuse pain which is aggravated by sustained postures, and feels better with movement. It often gets worse throughout the day.
