✨ A big thank you to LeapSheep & Kirk Drage for having me as a guest on their Q&A session.

One of the key takeaways from our discussion was that it’s OK not to feel like you fit the mold of a “typical founder.”

I’ve often shared that my journey into entrepreneurship came from lived experience as a clinician, not from a tech or business background. And while that can sometimes feel like a mismatch, it’s also where the strength lies, because building something meaningful often requires looking at problems differently.

For me, the important lessons have been:
- Treating each rollout as an experiment → test, learn, iterate.
- Avoiding the trap of over-investing too early.
- Staying agile as funding models and sector priorities shift.
- Leaning into the fact that “non-traditional founders” bring unique insights that the ecosystem needs.

I’m grateful for the chance to share my journey and to keep learning alongside others who are carving their own paths.

💡 If you’ve ever felt like you don’t quite fit the founder mold, that’s not a weakness, and it might just be your superpower.
