A beautiful weekend spent at Glenburn Cottage in the Deep Creek conservation park. Daily hikes and yoga, good food, family, board games, no internet connection and the joyous sound of guitar music, even the kangaroos around the cottage seemed to like it π
Day 9 we are in Crete. We spent the morning travelling to a pretty little wine making town in the hills and finished off with lunch in Heraklion, a big green salad followed by a huge plate of souvlaki and gyros (yiros), the house made chips were to die for!! ππ
Day 7 we are docked in Limassol, Cyprus and travelling to Pathos to see Aphrodites Rock, very old mosaics in the house of Dionysus (the black and white mosaics are 2,300 years old!), a Turkish delight making factory π and a very beautiful old church (sorry no inside photo allowed) πͺ¨ π π

Hello, my name is Kimberley, I have an insatiable passion for wellness and I love cooking with whole plant foods. I truly believe the foundation of health is nutrition and over the past 8 years I have changed my lifestyle and diet to help me recover from illness.
Growing up I saw the devastating effects poor nutrition had on others and later myself so I decided to investigate how my lifestyle and diet were contributing to my poor health by embarking on a wellness journey. This eventually led to a change in career and a qualification in personal training but what I discovered was exercise, although very important, is only one part of the solution and nutrition is the key to optimal health.
I felt I needed to learn more so I completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine.
I now combine my knowledge of nutrition, experience in personal training and love of cooking whole plant foods to motivate and guide people suffering from ill health to implement the changes necessary to begin their own healing journey.
My philosophy about health and wellbeing is based around living as naturally as possible and most importantly, tapping in to the healing energy of organic whole plant foods as a source of medicine as well as nourishment.
Eating a whole food plant based diet was one of the main reasons for my full recovery and why I am so passionate about sharing my knowledge, recipes and love of cooking with others. The satisfaction and joy I feel when preparing a nourishing meal from locally sourced produce is amazing and feeds my soul as well as my body. I believe cooking and eating healthy food can be satisfying, enjoyable, affordable and sustainable.
