Dear Students,
Come join us on Saturday, Apr. 25th for a very special Soundbath experience from 4 - 5pm at our Chandra Restorative class (doors open at 3:30pm).��Bring your bolster, warm clothing, and maybe a blanket or two, if you would like.��We’ll be blissing out to the musical accompaniment of our melodically gifted student, Maryam, who has agreed to share her wonderful talent with us.

Using fully supported postures, generous use of props, and extended periods of stillness, Chandra Restorative invites the body to release without effort. The practice emphasises comfort, ease, and gentle breath awareness, creating space for deep relaxation and integration. You’ll leave feeling soothed, grounded, and ready to transition into rest.

Bring your bolster and come join us to slow down, restore, and gently rebalance your nervous system through the healing energy of supportive sound. 💗🙏🏻
