🪴August-September 2025 Treehouse availability update for new enquiries and referrals.

Please note, our office is open part time, so messages will be responded to on the days our office is open. Please leave a message and we will be happy to respond as soon as we can.

For counselling services:

Julia is open for new clients and has immediate availability for Saturday appointments.

For adult psychology services:

Emma is currently not taking new clients. Previous clients please make contact for availability. Emma will be on leave from seeing clients between the 8th September to 7th October 2025.

Kyriana is currently not taking new clients. Review of her availability is ongoing, with the hope of opening new client sessions again soon.

For child psychology services:

Eleni and Theodora are open for new enquiries/bookings for assessments. They are not taking new clients for therapy at this time. All contact and messages will be responded to on Wednesdays and Fridays when they are in the office.

Kyriana is not able to take on new clients but will review this toward the end of April with the hope of opening new client sessions again.

For child psychology services:

Eleni and Theodora are currently taking new enquiries for assessments, but have no availability for therapy sessions at this time. All contact and messages will be responded to on Wednesdays and Fridays when they are in the office.

For counselling services:

Julia has availability for Saturday appointments and is taking enquiries.

An update on our office hours and availability:

The Treehouse office will be closed from Friday 20th December while we are on our end of year break.

Psychologists for adults:
Kyriana returns on the 16th January.
Emma returns at the end of February.
(Prearranged client check in appointments excepted).
Kyriana and Emma aren't currently taking new clients, but will review availability on their return.

Psychologists for children:
Theodora and Eleni return the start of February. They are open to assessment enquiries, but are currently not taking new therapy clients.

Counsellor:
Julia returns at the start of February and is open for new clients.

Treehouse August 2024 update:

The year continues to move at pace, and we remain thankful for our ongoing work that we do with each and everyone of our clients.

🍀 Our highly skilled and warm, caring counsellor Julia is taking on new clients, particularly adolescents and adults. So, jump in and grab an appointment while you can!

🌿 Kyriana and Emma are not taking on new clients at this time, and will review their availability in September However, if you are a previous client please make contact for us to assist what may be best for you.

🌿 Child Psychologists, Eleni and Theodora are open for assessment enquiries and can advise of the wait time upon contact. They are not taking on clients for therapy at this time.

We would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to our colleagues, clients, family and friends who we have shared in the ups and downs, the joys and the sorrows, in another year of what we do at Treehouse Psychology and Wellness. We hope the holiday period brings rest, fun and time to do the things that are most important and valued.

Our practice will be open on a part time basis through January with our Psychologists and Counsellor taking some leave. We will return messages on the days we are in the office.

Our Child Psychologists will return mid January, and will be taking enquiries on assessments. Therapy appointment availability will be updated on their return.

Adult Psychology sessions for new clients are likely available April 2024 but we will further update that here with changes.

Enquiries for Counselling sessions will be followed up later in January.
