Introductory Workshop: Manage Stress with Hypnotherapy

Learn to manage stress in a two hour small group workshop, facilitated by Bettina Venner, Professional Hypnotherapist.

Participants will prepare a personalised CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) map identifying their stress triggers and desired response set.

Participants will receive a guided audio meditation to help embed the desired change.
