Just a little reminder on how to be kind, patient and loving with my Self.
When trying to fit too many things in it’s not that we can’t do it, but when will we slip and cause ourselves harm.
I’m often pushing and unknowingly to everyone around me, through and pain and sometimes bodily mishaps and aches.
Yet when something like a broken thumb just puts a stop to almost everything I do, then it’s time to stop!
I’ll be off massage work for 4-6 weeks to full recovery 🤞🏽
