💗 When the Nervous System feels safe.
💗 When the Body becomes a Sanctuary rather than a battlefield.
If you’ve ever felt disconnected from your body… like you live mostly in your head or far out in the ethers…
Know this: it’s not because you’re doing something wrong.
It’s because, at some point, your body stopped feeling like a safe place to be.
The body remembers pain.
But it can also relearn Pleasure, Presence, Safety, and Trust.
And that is where true wellness begins - not by escaping the body, but by coming home to her, gently.
