As the sunsets on another Mother’s Day, I hope everyone had a wonderful time. And for those who find today triggering, and not as “happy” as you hope it would be. Be comforted that the night is darkest before the dawn. Cliche I know, but it’s true. Hang in there. Tomorrow, the sun rises and it’s another day. Another day to go out and try to make your dreams come through. Remember - Finishers Win; and winners Finish.

When I started running about 18 months ago, I could barely run 200m without stopping. Today we completed the Adelaide Half Marathon. 21.1km of pain. A lesson I learned on this running ourney is, you can do it. “Winners finish. And finishers win”. To my patients, all you endo and fertility warriors. Do not give up. Every step is painful but you can do it. Have a support team, family, friends and medical. Together. We can do it. Remember - Winners finish, finishers win.
