Confession: I often feel like it’s my job to recognise stress and nip it in the butt for myself before I work with my clients. Truth is, I often find myself seeing it in hindsight, although I’m getting better at recognising my stress states earlier and earlier - thankfully because that’s exactly what I try to teach others!

Today I had a chuckle at myself moment:

You know you’re tinkering in the edge of the burnout train when you celebrate a 3 hour delay because it gives you time to catch up on work!

Is it a or a sign I need to have a little break? Maybe both…

Well Sydney family and friends, schedule in some R&R (because I’m all caught up on my promo)
And thanks for the extra 3 hours!!!
