It’s been a while 👋 better put my face on this page in amongst the newborn babies!

I’m Whitney and I’m a pelvic floor physiotherapist. I grew up in Adelaide and did my initial training here in Adelaide and furthered my study in pelvic health through the University of Melbourne.

I currently consult privately and work as one of the physiotherapists at the maternity ward at Ashford. I also run pregnancy aqua classes.

I love all things pelvic health! And where I can I am always striving to find new ways to help my patients. I treat and see antenatal and postnatal women, bladder and bowel dysfunction, prolapse, pelvic pain and men’s health.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and cooking. My Instagram feed is filled with food ideas and recipes 🫣
