A rare opportunity exists to join our team at Lift Up Voices!

Lift Up Voices is a NDIS-registered provider offering person-centred, creative programs that support participants to grow, connect and achieve their goals. Our passionate team works to deliver mentoring sessions tailored to participants’ unique interests - often through music, but always focused on what motivates them.

We’re looking for two enthusiastic mentors to join our team. As a mentor, you will plan and deliver engaging 1:1 sessions to support participants from our Kent Town studios, helping them to work towards their NDIS goals in a fun, motivating and meaningful way.

🎶 Day 11: Big glasses and even bigger talent! 🎶

Today, Zac Waterhouse hit the streets of Norwood, sharing his incredible voice with the community. If you’ve been out and about in Adelaide, you might have caught Zac busking his heart out in Rundle Mall, down The Parade in Norwood or at Prospect. His unmistakable voice and iconic glasses always draw a crowd!

Zac is a young artist with autism, an intellectual disability, epilepsy and speech challenges - but he sure can bang out a tune! This year, Zac has been a proud part of our SLES Your Way program, using busking as a way to practice his speech through music.

Next time you’re out on a Thursday afternoon, keep your ears open for Zac—it’s a magical experience you won’t forget. 🩵 Go Zac! ✨

Our Live Band Series this year was such a highlight. With our coaching team (and Jacob 🤘) rocking it as the live band, 10 artists hit the stage and the energy was electric!

Huge congrats to the performers who absolutely smashed it on stage and a massive shoutout to our awesome team who made it all happen. You guys are legends! 💛

In August, we debuted our very first Acoustic Night. Hosted at the cozy and vibrant Reform Distilling, the evening was filled with heart-felt originals and stripped back arrangements. A big congratulations to all the artists who performed - it was a truly beautiful evening. 💛

This group kick started Lift Up Voices in Adelaide 5 years ago (shout out to OG coach Ethan!) and they still bring the party each Friday. We love having them in our studio and watching their growth throughout the years. Bring on a great 2025 ahead!

This group comes together each Tuesday and recently took centre stage at our L.U.V Music Trivia Night! In addition to performing and co-hosting the event, the Tuesday Crew shared some “Tik Tik Times” throughout the night…here’s one of our favs 🙂🙌

🌟🎶 On the sixth day of L.U.V, we’re celebrating 6 incredible live fundraising events! 🎤✨

From our Open Mic shows to our Unplugged Night, Live Band Series and Music Trivia Night, hundreds of guests and community members came together across the year to support our L.U.V artists. We couldn’t be prouder of each artist who lit up the stage, showcasing the power of music and the strength of community. 🩵

Together, with Lift Up Voices Foundation and Mauli B, we raised $2,742, which will continue to support young people in Accra, Ghana by:

📚 Supplying a full year’s worth of school supplies and curriculum workbooks for grades 1–6
🎵 Delivering inspiring musical performances and creative arts workshops
🎶 Offering participants hands-on opportunities to access and explore instruments, sing, dance and record music
