For those who don’t know, the Flot Away family has just returned from an incredible two-week adventure in New Zealand. We spent the first week in Queenstown catching up with old friends, then headed north to Rotorua for the Sauna Festival.

The weekend was a magical mix of workshops, sauna sessions, hot and cold pools, a freshwater lake, music, delicious food, creativity, and a whole lot of laughter. Feeling grateful and inspired!
