Part-Time Admin/Reception Role (10–15 hrs/week) – Adelaide CBD
Therapia Sports & Spine is seeking a flexible, tech-savvy, people-loving team member to join our friendly and high-performing admin team. This part-time role offers a diverse mix of administrative, marketing, and client support responsibilities, with potential to grow into a permanent part-time position.
✅Key Responsibilities:
> Deliver exceptional front-desk and client service.
> Manage appointment bookings, follow-ups, and payments using Cliniko.
> Maintain office presentation and assist in day-to-day admin tasks.
> Support marketing efforts, including social media, newsletters, flyers, and website edits (WordPress).
> Engage with referrers and community partners to help grow our clinic.
> Contribute to internal systems and client communication (e.g., Google Sheets, forms).
✅Essential Skills:
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
> Experience with social media and basic graphic design tools.
> Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and online platforms.
> Initiative, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
> Flexible availability, especially on short notice.
