Last week, our incredible General Manager, Lucia, rolled up her sleeves and volunteered with Food on the Table, a local initiative delivering warm, nourishing meals to people doing it tough, including those facing homelessness and families in need.

At Carelink Support Services, we believe that well-supported support workers lead to better-supported participants.

That’s why we regularly run training and upskilling sessions across the team — just like this one. This week, our focus was on using our new app and system, Visual Care, including how to submit shift notes, log incident reports, and what to do if you forget to clock off (hey, it happens!).

These moments of connection and training aren’t just about ticking compliance boxes — they’re about building confident, capable teams who are equipped to deliver the best care possible.
