It's no secret that at , we ❤️ PILATES.

Whether it's small group reformer with Jen or Kate, or Clinical Pilates with Anna & Maddie, we love being able to help our patients achieve strength, flexibility and confidence in their movement!

The team went to Ten Thousand Hours, an acrobatic show by the incredible .

Why we chose this show?? The underlying message of what we can achieve with our bodies if we put the hours of training, care and motivation in!
I mean, we don't all need to become acrobats, but if we think about this in every aspect of our life, it is incredible what we can achieve!

🌟it might be a bit noisy!
🌟 our team are working a bit later at night this week to accomodate! (Yay for takeaway dinner and a 4pm coffee)

There is free parking along George st, Edward st, and Magill road, please allow extra time.
