CAN YOU HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT TOO?... Absolutely! 😋

Did you know that ‘Cheesecake’ is one of the highest fat, saturated fat and kilojoule desserts? But it doesn’t have to be! 😎

Because I, together with many others (including some of my clients) LOOOVE CHEESECAKE, I created this recipe to not only be DELICIOUS but also VERY NUTRITIOUS and WEIGHT- FRIENDLY! 🤩🤲

It's much LOWER in fat, saturated fat, sugar and kilojoules AND much HIGHER in protein, fibre and nutrients. 🌟

My baked cheesecake actually has more than 50% less calories, 92% less sugars & 58% less saturated fat than a ‘standard’ baked cheesecake! 😲

Not only will my recipe delight your tastebuds and not blow your calorie budget or make you feel bloated afterwards, it is also fit for a fancy Christmas celebration - or even as a centrepiece on Christmas Day. 🎉
